For 20 years, ELH Construction LLC—ELH’s affiliated General Contracting company—has been tasked with rehabilitating, renovating and building affordable housing. As a GC, ELH has led the ground-up construction of new affordable rental and affordable homeownership projects, converted abandoned and physically obsolete buildings into new affordable housing and undertaken the rehabilitation of distressed assets at the behest of housing agencies.
