Designed specifically to relate to and enliven the character of the surrounding neighborhood, La Central seeks to foster a sense of belonging and connection while providing homes for those in need.
La Central participates in the NYSERDA Multifamily Performance Program and LEED for Homes and features a solar photovoltaic array, on-site cogeneration power, high-efficiency variable refrigerant cooling and heating systems and gray- and black-water recycling to reduce carbon footprints as well as operating costs.
